Are you open to the public?
Yes, anyone can shop with CaterKing. Whether you are a business owner, a chef, or a household looking to save money and buy premium products in bulk, we welcome your business. There is no required membership or subscription fees, and you can open your account online today.
What is the ShopFast+ Function?
We know that our customers order similar orders every time, with only a few changes… so to make your life easier, we created ShopFast. The ShopFast function is the easiest way to order for repeat customers. This is where you will find your saved Previously bought shopping list which is editable. Meaning you can load-up your previous order and then edit it as you wish – changing the quantities of previously bought products and adding new products to your current order.
Do I need to check out quickly, to avoid losing my order?
No, you can start a basket and continue to add to it over many hours or days! Baskets will only expire if not ordered from, after 48 hours from creation.
Where can I find my favourites and recent purchases?
Save products with the heart icon while you shop, then open Wishlist from the header (next to Basket). You can also find a short list under My account. Sign in and choose a business first — the wishlist is saved per business.
Can I order for same-day delivery?
Yes, you can place an order up until 6 am for same-day delivery. If you attempt to place an order after 6am then you will be offered the next available delivery day for your area. Same-day collection orders can be placed until 4:30pm.
Will I be charged for a delivery?
We deliver at no extra charge for orders over £100 (excl. VAT). At CaterKing, we understand the pressures businesses and households are facing, and we're doing our best to maintain high service levels while keeping costs down. We deliver free of charge for all orders over £100 (excl. VAT).
How do I delete my CaterKing account?
Sign in on the website and go to https://caterking.co.uk/delete-account, or in the mobile app go to Profile → Delete Account, then type DELETE to confirm. If you cannot sign in, email admin@caterking.co.uk with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and your registered email. We remove profile and login data; some order records may be kept for legal and accounting reasons as described in our privacy policy.
